KPK Confiscates 23 Assets Worth IDR 1.2 T Related To Corruption Acquisition Of PT Jembatan Nusantara By ASDP

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confiscated dozens of land and buildings related to allegations of corruption in the business cooperation process (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) in 2019-2022. This forced effort was carried out from October to December 2024 with an estimated asset value of IDR 1.2 trillion.

"KPK investigators have confiscated 23 land and building assets with an estimated confiscation value of approximately Rp. 1.2 trillion," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika to reporters in a written statement, Tuesday, December 31.

Tessa said the land and buildings were in several areas. In detail, Bogor has 2 plots of land and buildings; Jakarta has 7 plots of land and buildings; and East Java has 14 plots of land and buildings.

"The confiscation in question is related to allegations of corruption in the business cooperation process (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) in 2019-2022," he said.

The anti-corruption commission has named four suspects even though it has not been officially announced. They are the President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), Ira Puspadewi; Harry MAC as Director of Planning and Development; Muhammad Yusuf Hadi as Commercial and Service Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero); and Adjie as the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara.

Previously reported, the KPK continues to investigate allegations of corruption related to business cooperation (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). The actions of the suspects allegedly cost the state up to Rp1.27 trillion, but this figure could change because the calculation is still ongoing.

In this case, a VOI source said this loss arose because the acquisition process of PT Jembatan Nusantara was not in accordance with the regulations. Reporting from a number of reports, PT ASDP purchased PT Jembatan Nusantara in February 2022 with a value of IDR 1.3 trillion.
