According to him, the first candidate is Yusril Ihza Mahendra. According to Immanuel, in an online discussion broadcast on the Youtube channel of Republik Merdeka TV, Tuesday, April 13, Yusril was suitable for the position because besides having experience, he also mastered state administration.

Immanuel also mentioned one more name which he thought was appropriate to replace Pratikno's position, if the ministerial reshuffle was indeed carried out in the Ministry of State Secretary division.

"Apart from Yusril, there is also a former Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, Jimly Asshiddiqie. Those are people who are scientifically qualified, those two people," explained Immanuel.

Previously, Immanuel Ebenezer had the view that there were five ministers in the cabinet who had to be reshuffled. One of the five was Minister of State Secretary Pratikno.

According to Immanuel, Pratikno had an influence that was too dangerous for President Joko Widodo. He considered that Pratikno often plunged the president into a very dangerous political abyss.

Reshuffle as a need for the president

In addition, continued Immanuel, reshuffle or re-shake the ministers is a necessity for President Jokowi. Moreover, Jokowi has plans to merge the Ministry of Research and Technology into one division with the Ministry of Education and Culture, and also the establishment of the Ministry of Investment.

The four other ministers that according to Immanuel need to be reshuffled include the Minister of Agriculture Syahrul Yasin Limpo, the Minister of Trade Muhammad Lutfi, the Minister of Communication and Information Jhonny G. Plate, and the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Sofyan Djalil.

In Immanuel's view, the president should have responded to this "dangerous" situation with greater sensitivity. Because not a few are paying attention to 2024. He is worried that the ministers who will take part in the upcoming elections will put the president's legacy at risk.
