JAKARTA - Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Firli Bahuri said there are 1,552 people who have been caught in ott operations. Even so, he said there are still millions of good people and this should be the talk of many.

"Those caught by the KPK for committing corruption were no more than 1,552 people to this day. That is, there are still 262 million more good Indonesians," Firli said at the launch of stranas PK 2021-2022 corruption prevention action that aired on YouTube KPK RI, Tuesday, April 13.

With this condition, he assessed, it should not only be corruptors who are of public concern. Those who have achievements, continued Firli, should be highlighted in order to be an example and example for the community.

So that in the future, the prevention of corruption can be developed and transmitted to the community. The goal, so that the corruptors do not get excessive spotlight in the country.

"Even if we find something is not good at least we are the only good people. So good practice continues to develop," he said.

Completing Firli's statement, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo agreed corruption handlers need prevention and national security. However, the involvement of all parties in the context of this prevention must also be done.
