Revealed in Code of Ethics Trial, Former Police Chief-Criminal Investigation Unit Head of Baito Police Asked for IDR 2 Million from Teacher Supriyani

KENDARI - The Profession and Security Division (Bid Propam) of the Southeast Sulawesi (Sultra) Regional Police stated that the money worth IDR 2 million requested from honorary teacher Supriyani was used to build the Baito Police Criminal Investigation Unit building.

Sholeh said that this was revealed in the facts of the trial of the code of ethics of the former Police Chief Ipda Muhammad Idris and the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Baito Police, Aipda Amiruddin, related to the request for IDR 2 million from Supriyani.

According to him, the trial of the code of ethics also revealed that the use of money given by the Head of Wonua Raya Village Rokiman to the Baito Police Chief Ipda Muhammad Idris was used to build the Baito Police Criminal Investigation Unit building.

"So, the money received from the village head was approximately IDR 2 million, received for the construction of the Baito Police Criminal Investigation Unit room to purchase tiles, cement, and that has been acknowledged," he said when met in Kendari, Antara, Thursday, December 5.

In the trial, his party presented seven witnesses, including honorary teacher Supriyani, Katiran (Supriyani's husband), Lilis Herlina Dewi (Supriyani's colleague), Wonua Raya Village Head Rokiman, and the parents of the alleged victims of the abuse Aipda Wibowo Hasyim and Nur Fitriana.

Based on ANTARA's monitoring, currently the Propam Division is conducting a follow-up trial of the code of ethics of Ipda Muhammad Idris and Aipda Amiruddin, with the planned agenda of the verdict for the two police officers.

Previously reported, the Profession and Security Division of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police held a code of ethics trial against the former Baito Police Chief Ipda Muhammad Idris regarding the case of requesting IDR 2 million from honorary teacher in South Konawe Supriyani.

Sholeh, when met in Kendari, Wednesday afternoon, said that the code of ethics trial was held simultaneously with the code of ethics trial of the former Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Baito Police, Aipda Amiruddin.

"If the examination is all, witnesses, but the focus is the alleged violator Ipda Muhammad Idris right now, we are examining all of them," said Sholeh.
