Head of the Immigration Detention Center (Rudenim) Denpasar Gede Dudy Duwita said the two foreigners with the initials AT (24) and KM (22) violated Article 75 paragraph (1) of Law Number 6 of 2011, concerning Immigration due to violations of residence permits and were involved in illegal activities in Bali.
"That a foreign citizen with the initials AT entered Indonesia on October 16, 2024, using a valid visit residence permit until November 20, 2024. Meanwhile, KM entered Indonesia on September 23, 2024, with a residence permit," said Dudy, Tuesday, December 3.
Both were arrested at a villa in Seminyak, Kuta District, Badung Regency, for allegedly being involved in prostitution activities in the form of ordering plus-plus massage therapists.
