JAKARTA - A woman vented her emotions by cursing the male KAI Commuter employee at Rangkasbitung Station, Lebak, Banten.

This incident was recorded by an amateur video by the woman because she asked the train to immediately leave to deliver her. This incident also made a scene.

The woman allegedly did not have a ticket when she was about to take the Commuter Line train. However, he still forced himself to continue to take the Commuter Line train and then had a fight with KAI employees at the station.

According to KAI Commuter's Public Relations Manager, Leza Arlan, the viral video on social media occurred on November 16 at Rangkasbitung Station. The incident occurred at around 16.00 WIB.

"The rule that applies to users who will take the commuter line is to have a ticket. The tickets must match the name, date, departure time and departure station and destination station," Leza told VOI, Sunday, December 1.

In addition, according to government regulations related to the commuter line carrying capacity with a distance of > 100 KM, 120 percent.

"Which is 100 percent with seats and 20 percent without seats. Meanwhile, < 100 KM is 150 percent, namely 100 percent with 50 percent seats without seats," he said.

"We appeal to all users who will travel by commuter line to have tickets by buying at the counter," he said.
