JCI Closed On Friday, Gaining 2.02 Percent To 4,623.43 Levels

JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) closed significantly higher on the trading weekend, Friday 3 April. JCI closed up 2.02 percent or 91.74 points to the level of 4,623.43.

Closing the trade, there were 257 stocks rising, 142 stocks weakening, and 135 stocks stagnating. The trading volume was recorded at 9.01 billion shares, and was transacted for IDR 6.62 trillion.

The LQ45 index rose 14.31 points or 2.1 percent to 702.42, the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) index rose 12.14 points or 2.5 percent to 494.56, and the IDX30 index rose 7.59 points or 2 percent to 389.64.

This afternoon, stocks that were among the top gainers, among them, PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk (REAL) which rose 34.43 percent to Rp82, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) which rose 25.69 percent to Rp137, and PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (TELE) which rose 22.58 percent to Rp76.

Meanwhile, stocks that are among the top losers include PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Syaria Ybk (BTPS) which fell 5.99 percent to Rp1,805, PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) which fell 5.60 percent to become IDR 1,095, and PT Putra Rajawali Kencana Tbk (PURA) which fell 5.33 percent to IDR71.
