10 Officers Killed During Israeli Attack Hit Lebanese Fire Department

A total of 10 firefighters were killed after an Israeli attack hit a fire station in southern Lebanon.

Firefighters are in a building in the city of Baraachit preparing to begin a rescue mission before the attack to destroy the building, the Lebanese Ministry of Health said, quoted by CNN, Monday, October 7.

CNN has contacted the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) for comment.

Lebanese Ministry of Health said debris was still being cleared from the destroyed fire station.
