Suspected Terrorist Attacked Police At Police Headquarters, Witness Heard Shots Repeatedly

JAKARTA - The sound of gunfire was repeatedly heard from the area of the Police Headquarters in Trunojoyo, South Jakarta. The suspected terrorist took out a firearm when he attacked the police.

"There were seven shots fired," said Ari, who used to guard the parking lot near the National Police Headquarters, Wednesday, March 31.

He saw that there were two people who broke into the Police Headquarters. Meanwhile, the circulating video shows a suspected terrorist attacking with a firearm.

"There are two terrorists, boys and girls. Now the dead are girls, ”he said.

There has been no official statement from the Police regarding the attack of the suspected terrorist at the Police Headquarters. The suspected terrorist who pulled out a firearm was shot dead.

Previously, the suicide bombing occurred at the Makassar Cathedral on Sunday, March 28. After that, Densus 88 conducted ambushes of suspected terrorists in a number of locations, namely Jakarta and its surroundings, Makassar, Bima NTB, including Nganjuk and Tulunggagung, East Java.
