Director Of PT Taspen Targeted By KPK Regarding Investment Activity Supervision

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined the Director of Human Resources, IT, and Compliance with PT Taspen (Persero), Mohamad Jufri as a witness on Thursday, September 19 yesterday. The examination was carried out regarding the alleged corruption in fictitious investments that are being investigated.

"Witness MJ was present and the examination material was related to the process of supervising investment activities at PT Taspen," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika in a written statement, Friday, September 20.

Tessa said investigators should also examine two other witnesses, namely EHP and F. However, they were not present.

The EHP witness in question is Ekiawan Heri Primaryanto as the President Director of PT Insight Investments Management for the period 2016 to March 2024. Meanwhile, F is the Director of Finance and Operations of PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, namely Feritas.

"The two witnesses asked for a reschedule," he said without specifying the exact time.

As previously reported, the KPK decided to increase the status of handling allegations of corruption at PT Taspen (Persero) from an investigation to an investigation. Antonius NS Kosasih who is the main director is inactive is a suspect in this case.

Kosasih has also been prevented from leaving the country for six months to facilitate the investigation of cases. This forced effort also applies to Ekiawan Heri Primaryanto as President Director of Insight Investments Management.

In this case, PT Taspen is suspected of making fictitious investments of up to Rp1 trillion. The funds were transferred in a number of forms such as stocks to sukuk.
