Evidence Of 3 ASN In The Muna Southeast Sulawesi Regional Government Involved In Practical Politics In The 2024 Pilkada Has Been Sent To BKN

KENDARI - The Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province (Sultra) processed three State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Muna Regional Government (Pemda) related to the neutrality of ASN in the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada). The Coordinator of the Division for Handling Election Violations for Bawaslu, Muna Mustar Regency, said the three ASNs each had the initials A, S, and W, who were suspected of being active ASN within the Muna Regional Government. The three of them are suspected of being involved in practical politics in escorting one of the candidates for Regent and Deputy Regent of Muna when registering with the General Elections Commission (KPU) Office. "The three ASN have the initials A, S, and W," said Mostar when contacted from Kendari, Antara, Friday, September 6. He said that his party had examined the reporters along with evidence of the alleged violation of the three ASNs, and had been declared complete, both formally and materially after the plenary session. "The report is forwarded to the BKN (State Civil Service Agency)," he said. Mustar explained that based on the ratification of Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 91 of 2024 concerning Amendments to Presidential Regulation Number 47 of 2021 concerning the Ministry of Empowerment of State Civil Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform, on August 23, 2024. He revealed that in the latest regulation, the government had revoked the previous regulations, namely Presidential Regulation Number 118 of 2014 concerning the Secretariat, System, and Management of Human Resources, Work Procedures, as well as the Financial Responsibility and Management of the State Civil Apparatus Commission.

"After the Presidential Regulation, hereby the case of the alleged involvement of the three ASNs is no longer brought to KASN (State Civil Apparatus Commission), but to BKN for further processing. Later in BKN, it will be decided whether or not the ASN is proven to be a violation," added Mosta.
