30 Candidates For Civil Servants At KLH Kaltara Jalani Diklat At The Megamendung Police Investigation Lemdiklat

BOGOR - As many as 30 Candidates for Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) of Forestry and Environment in North Kalimantan Province undergo Education and Training at the Megamendung Police Investigation Education and Training Institute (Lemdiklat).

The activity was carried out in collaboration between the Directorate General of Environmental and Forestry Law Enforcement of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) and the Provincial Government of Kaltara with the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Governor of Kaltara Zainal A Paliwang appreciated the implementation of this activity because PPNS in the field of Forestry and Environment is an important part of the efforts of the Provincial Government (Pemprov) in protecting and protecting natural resources owned by Kaltara Province.

"I hope that through this education and training, the participants will not only gain technical and legal knowledge, but also be able to apply the skills obtained in law enforcement efforts in the field of environmental and forestry more effectively," said Governor Zainal Paliwang.

The Head of the National Police's Investigation and Training Education, Brigadier General Agus Santoso, emphasized the importance of the training for PPNS in Kaltara Province considering the huge natural potential in Kaltara, so it is necessary to maintain this natural wealth optimally.

The Head of the Forestry Service of Kaltara Province, Nur Laila, increased the capacity of PPNS human resources in the context of enforcing environmental and forestry laws in the Kaltara region which was attended by 30 PPNS candidates in Kaltara Province for 2 months with a pattern of 400 Training Hours (JP) in Megamendung, Bogor.

"There are 30 candidates for PPNS Forestry and Environment in Kaltara Province who will undergo training with a pattern of 400 Training Hours (JP) which if converted they will undergo training for 2 months from August 27 to October 25 with the aim of printing PPNS in order to carry out law enforcement in the fields of Forestry and Environment in order to provide benefits to the community and forest sustainability," he said.

The 30 candidates for PPNS Kaltara consist of representatives from the Forestry and Environment Office of Kaltara Province, UPTD KPH, Regency/City Environment Service, and 1 representative from Kayan Mentararang National Park and KSDAE Hall in Kaltara.

The opening was closed with the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between the Directorate General of Environmental Law Enforcement and Forestry of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the Provincial Government of Kaltara and the Police.
