JAKARTA - Politician Gerindra Kamrussamad emphasized that regeneration is very important for the party bearing the Garuda bird.

According to him, the General Chairperson (Ketum) as well as the Chairman of the Gerindra Party Board of Trustees, Prabowo Subianto is very focused on regeneration and preparation of human resources (HR). The reason was, he said, Prabowo's investment in the Gerindra Party was in human resources.

Kamrussamad said Prabowo had even prepared the smallest things. From socks to milk that is drunk by each cadre to be prepared as administrators and other positions entrusted by the people.

"He is the biggest investment in human resources, starting from socks, shoes to hats to drinking milk, which he prepares. So his concern is the development of human resources in the Gerindra Party. Not only as party administrators, but the next will be people who will be trusted by the community in new places of service, "Kamrussamad said in an online discussion on Senjakala Regeneration of Political Parties, Saturday, March 27.

In fact, to prepare for the 2014 Election, Gerindra has also implemented a cadre system from 2010 to 2012. Where the intention is to hold an event in Bogor and it is compulsory for the chairman, secretary and treasurer to the PAC level to participate in this program for 7 days 7 nights.

"The three-year process strengthens our infrastructure in facing 2014. So that the increase from 2009 to 2014 is more than 100 percent due to organizational infrastructure, the readiness of the cadres at the PAC level is getting stronger, because there is a common vision, a common viewpoint," explained Kamrussamad.

Regarding Prabowo, who is still serving as chairman and running for the presidential election, Kamrussamad said this was because the trust of cadres and the community was still high.

"Leadership, Pak Prabowo's leadership brought an achievement and won the people's trust, on that basis, from congress to congress, cadres gave him confidence to lead the party because there was a positive trend in people's trust," he said.

According to this member of the House of Representatives Commission XI, Gerindra has always made Prabowo the main leader as well as a figure in maintaining the people's trust.
