NasDem Usung Luthfi-Kaesang In Central Java Gubernatorial Election

JAKARTA - The NasDem Party officially carries Ahmad Luthfi-Kaesang Pangarep as a candidate pair for Governor and Deputy Governor of Central Java (Central Java) in the 2024 Pilkada.

This investigation was determined through the submission of the B.1-KWK form from the Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Central Java NasDem DPW, HM Prasetyo to Ahmad Luthfi.

"On behalf of the General Chairperson of the NasDem Party, Mr. Surya Paloh today, Monday, August 19, 2024, officially from the NasDem Party, we submit a decree as the bearer and supporters of Mr. Luthfi as Candidates for Governor of Central Java and Mr. Kaesang Pangarep as Candidates for Deputy Governor of Central Java," said Prasetyo at NasDem Tower, Monday, August 19.

Prasetyo said that support for Luthfi and Kaesang is expected to provide benefits for the people of Central Java through the nomination of regional heads.

"A form of synergy between all supporting parties to win him both in the contest for the Governor of Central Java, hopefully, will provide great benefits for the people of Central Java," he said.

Meanwhile, the chairman of the Central Java Gerindra Party (Central Java), Sudaryono, believes that the former Central Java Police Chief, Komjen Ahmad Luthfi, will be promoted by his party to win the 2024 Central Java Pilkada.

According to Sudaryono, the party's support is clear in carrying Komjen Ahmad Luthfi in the 2024 Pilkada.

"Gerindra's support is clear, according to the recommendations and assignment letters published, will carry Ahmad Luthfi as a candidate for governor of Central Java," said Sudaryono in Semarang, Friday, August 2.

"The survey is also well known," he added.

Previously, Ahmad Luthfi served as Central Java Police Chief for 4 years. The three-star general was transferred to his new position as Inspector General of the Ministry of Trade.
