KPU Banjar Report Falsification Of Documents Witness Denny Indrayana, Head Of South Kalimantan KPU, Clarified By Police

BANJARMASIN - Investigators at the South Kalimantan Regional Police of the Directorate of Criminal and Criminal Investigation investigated the Chairman of the KPU Kalsel Sarmuji. This stage was carried out before the implementation of an open plenary meeting of the recapitulation of vote counting for the 2020 South Kalimantan Pilgub.

Sarmuji explained that the clarification was conveyed regarding the corrections made during the open plenary meeting of the vote count recapitulation of the 2020 South Kalimantan Pilgub.

This investigation began with a report by the Commissioner of the KPU Banjar Regency, Abdul Muthalib, on the suspicion of document forgery. This document, called Abdul Muthalib, was presented by a witness presented by candidate pair number 02 in the South Kalimantan Pilgub, Denny Indrayana and Difriadi Darjat during a Constitutional Court trial, Monday, February 22.

The document in question and at the root of the problem is a statement letter that mentions the engineering vote acquisition in the 2020 South Kalimantan Pilgub in Banjar Regency and includes the name Abdul Muthalib as the commissioner of the Banjar Regency KPU.

This document was then revealed by one of the witnesses presented by Denny Indrayana during the Constitutional Court hearing on the evidentiary agenda in the dispute over the results of the general election (PHPU) Pilgub South Kalimantan.
