The 79th Anniversary Of The Republic Of Indonesia, The Minister Of Communication And Information Wants To Free The Community From Negative Content Traps To Online Gambling

Minister of Communication and Information Budi Arie Setiadi echoed the struggle to eradicate online gambling practices to the ranks of the Ministry of Communication and Information at the celebration of the 79th Birthday of the Republic of Indonesia (79th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia).

According to Budi, currently, the struggle of the Indonesian people is no longer by taking up arms. The struggle that is currently being carried out is one of the forms that has been done by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics so far, namely freeing people from the entanglement of all forms of negative content on the internet, including online gambling.

Online gambling is a serious threat to the current and future generations. Therefore, various attempts to eradicate judol must be carried out firmly and consistently by all work units in Kominfo," Budi said quoting Antara.

"Through collaboration between the government and the community and various related parties," said Budi, the Ministry of Communication and Information must increase public awareness of the dangers of online gambling.

"Don't let this disease have an impact on our mental, economic and social health," added Budi.

On the commemoration of the 79th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia, the Minister of Communication and Information reminded all Kominfo activists to play an active role in eradicating online gambling.

"Through this momentum, I again instruct the entire Kominfo community to eradicate online gambling to its roots. I also invite all of us to promote the judol' campaign is fraud," said the Minister of Communication and Information.

Minister Budi also expressed his appreciation for the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo (Jokowi) who has led Indonesia's development for 10 years.

Budi said the achievements of progress in all sectors that the community felt together, could not be separated from President Joko Widodo's vision, persistence and dedication which has led the nation's development for the last ten years.

"For that, in particular, I would like to express my highest respect to Mr. President Joko Widodo who succeeded in laying a strong foundation towards the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045," said Budi.

According to the Minister of Communication and Information, the struggle to realize Indonesia Gold in 2045 should not be dim in the slightest to continue the solid foundation that has been built by President Joko Widodo.

"I invite all Kominfo activists to continue to ignite the fire and never die for the welfare of the generation, for the sake of the progress of the country, for the glory of Mother Earth," he said.
