54 Participants Participate In The Selection Of Presidential JPT, Continue To The Writing Stage Of The Paper

TANJUNG SELOR - The Open Selection Series (Selter) of Primary High Leadership Positions (JPT) within the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of North Kalimantan (Kaltara) in 2024 continues.

A total of 54 participants took part in the writing and submission of papers in the meeting room of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Kaltara, the office of the Governor of Kaltara, Friday, August 16.

Acting (Plt) Head of the North Kalimantan BKD, Andi Amriampa, revealed that the selection of writing and submission of this paper is part of the stages set by the Selection Committee (Pansel).

"This selection aims to test the ideas of the candidates regarding what they will do if they are elected to the positions they offer," said Andi.

This open selection is not only intended for agencies within the North Kalimantan Provincial Government, but is also open to other government agencies outside the North Kalimantan Provincial Government. Thus, this selection can be followed by agencies from all over Indonesia.

Based on the schedule set by the Pansel, this selection process will end on August 31, 2024.

"From the existing data, the selection participants this time did not only come from the Kaltara Provincial Government, but also from the Bulungan Regency Government and the Nunukan Regency Government," he explained.

Selection of writing and submission of papers is divided into two sessions. The first session starts at 08.00 WITA, while the second session starts at 13.30 WITA.

After this session is over, the next stage is an assessment that will be carried out at the Kaltara Regional Police Command Headquarters (Mako Polda).

The Kaltara BKD and the Selection Committee have collaborated with the National Police Headquarters regarding the implementation of the central assessment. In this stage, a team from the National Police Headquarters will attend and the assessment will take place at the Kaltara Police Headquarters.

Andi also explained that there were 11 positions of JPT Pratama that were opened in this selection. However, the selection for positions at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) dr. H. Jusuf SK was not continued because the number of participants who registered did not meet the requirements.

"We hope that the participants can provide optimal ideas in each selection stage, so that the results can properly fill the post of high leadership Pratama in the North Kalimantan Provincial Government," he concluded.
