Hit And Left Full Of Wounds By Her Ex-boyfriend, A Young Woman In Malang Was Even Dragged And Raped

MALANG - Malang Police, East Java, arrested two perpetrators involved in the murder of a young woman with the initials SN (21). One of the perpetrators with the initials W (34) turned out to be an ex-boyfriend of the victim.

Malang Police Chief AKBP Hendri Umar said, apart from W, his party also arrested AP (28), a colleague of W. "In no more than six hours, members of the Criminal Investigation Division Pakisaji Police, and Malang Police managed to arrest W in the Gempol area, Pasuruan", said Hendri in Malang Regency, East Java, as reported by Antara, Thursday, March 25.

The chronology of the killings began when the perpetrator W consumed alcohol in a cafe in the Pakisaji area, Malang Regency, Monday, March 23 at around 22.00-01.00 WIB. At that time W was accompanied by his girlfriend with the initials A.

When he was shaken with alcohol, W, who works as a truck driver, then invited A to sleep in the truck. However, continued Hendri Police Chief, around 01.30 WIB the SN victim came and banged on the truck door.

"The victim banged and shouted to suspect W. The victim did not accept it because she found suspect W with another woman", said Hendri.

The victim SN is an ex-girlfriend W. SN does not accept because her sincere love is cut off unilaterally. Emotional with protest and banging on the door, W then started his vehicle and left.

"When the truck was driving, it grazed the victim who was beside the truck", said Police Chief Hendri.

The victim who fell was abandoned by W. While on the way, W called his colleague AP to see the condition of his ex-girlfriend. AP works at the cafe where W is sipping alcohol.

AP then came and saw the victim lying. Instead of helping, the drunk perpetrator dragged the victim to a shop around the location. The suspect AP then intercourse with the victim who was badly injured.

"The situation is quite dark, and the suspect intercourse with the victim, who is no longer helpless because she is badly injured", said Hendri.

AP suspect then left the victim lying at the scene, and returned to the cafe where he worked. Meanwhile, the victim, who was seriously injured, eventually died. Garbage man found the victim's body the next day.

"The victim suffered a fracture of her thighbone and a blood vessel in the brain was ruptured as a result of the incident", explained the Police Chief.

Currently, the two suspects are in Malang Police custody and are threatened with a different article of the Criminal Code. Suspect W was charged under Article 338 in conjunction with Article 351 paragraph 3 concerning persecution that led to death.

Meanwhile, another suspect, AP aka Dalbo, was charged with Article 286 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 306 of the Criminal Code regarding the rape of people who are helpless, as well as neglecting unconscious people.

Suspect W was threatened with a maximum sentence of nine years, while AP was threatened with a maximum prison sentence of eight years.
