Police Target Other Suspects In The Porn Video Case Of Audrey Davis

JAKARTA - Three people have been named as suspects in a series of pornographic content cases involving Audrey Davis. However, Polda Metro Jaya is still developing the case because it is believed that there are other parties involved.

"The investigative team is still tracing and profiling parties suspected of being involved in other alleged criminal acts that occurred," said Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak, to VOI, Friday, August 16.

The party suspected of being involved in this case is the person who participated in spreading pornographic content on social media.

Moreover, from the results of the investigation, two of the three suspects, namely MRS and JE, were not the first spreaders.

"Owners or managers of social media accounts who receive transmission or distribution of information and electronic documents containing immorality from the suspect AP," he said.

Currently, investigators are still mapping the flow of the distribution of pornographic content. So, later it can be known who the other parties are involved.

"To explore the flow of dissemination of content containing immorality or pornography, as alleged criminal acts have occurred," said Ade.

In this case, the police concluded that the suspect AP, who is Audrey Davis' ex-lover, was the mastermind behind the spread of pornographic content.

Because, AP deliberately and without the knowledge of Audrey Davis recorded the exciting scene of the two on December 19, 2022.

Then, he also spread the content to social media. The reason is because of the hurt towards Audrey Davis.

"The suspect's motive for spreading it was because the suspect was hurt after being decided as a lover by an Army witness," said Ade.

In this case, he was charged with Article 27 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE and / or Article 4 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 29 and / or Article 7 in conjunction with Article 33 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography
