JAKARTA - Jhoni Allen Marbun sued Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) and a number of high-ranking Democrats to pay compensation for his unilateral dismissal from the Democrats. The total nominal value of the claim for compensation amounted to Rp. 55.8 billion, consisting of material and immaterial.

Jhoni Allen's lawyer, Slamet Hassan, said that the material losses reached Rp. 5.8 billion. This loss includes the salary as a member of the DPR.

"As a result of the illegal acts committed by the defendants, the plaintiffs suffered material and immaterial losses," Slamet said at the Central Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, March 24.

Referring to the contents of the lawsuit, the details of the material losses consist of the salary of members of the DPR RI of Rp. 60 million / month x 44 months remaining, namely Rp. 2.64 billion.

Then the visit to the DPR RI electoral districts for Rp120 million / 6 months x 8, namely Rp960 million; recess money IDR 400 million / year x 4 with a total of IDR 1.6 billion; aspiration house IDR 150 million / year x 4, total IDR 600 million.

Meanwhile, immaterial losses in the form of loss and / or damage to the dignity and good name, as well as public trust as a result of the decision to dismissal amounted to IDR 50 billion.

"The value of immaterial losses will be donated to social institutions in need," said Slamet.

Jhoni Allen's case registered with case number 135 / Pdt.G / 2021 / PN Jkt.Pst. There were three parties to the defendants, namely, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, Teuku Riefky Harsya, and Hinca Pandjaitan.
