According to him, the ASN IPA describes the professionalism level of the North Kalimantan Provincial Government ASN, it is hoped that in fact with the size of this index, Kaltara ASN is in a good or very good position.
"Because 81.7 is still in the good category, later when it comes to 90 and above it will fall into the very good category, we hope that the very good number is what we can pursue, hopefully Kaltara can be optimal in this achievement," he said.
