Merdeka Farmers: Sudaryono Will Bring Positive Changes In The Ministry Of Agriculture

JAKARTA - The combat commander of the Merdeka Farmer DPP, Don Muzakir, appreciated the appointment of the Chairman of the Central Java Gerindra Party DPD, Sudaryono as Deputy Minister of Agriculture by President Joko Widodo on July 18 last week.

According to Don Muzakir, the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia is right to choose Sudaryono, who has a background as a farmer's son and is very concerned about the agricultural world in this country.

"Mas Dar's placement (Sudaryono's nickname) is very appropriate. Mas Dar is a farmer and a farmer's son. He knows very well the problems about farmers and how to resolve (farm) in the future," said Don Muzakir, Combat Commander of the DPP Tani Merdeka, Jakarta, Monday, July 22.

Don Muzakir, who is known as one of Sudaryono's colleagues in Tani Merdeka, also explained that he was very aware of Sudaryono's capacity who had been fighting for the farmers.

"This is a good step taken by Pak Jokowi Pak and Pak Prabowo. We know that Mas Dar has been concerned about agricultural problems, is concerned about the socialization of Pak Prabowo's program regarding food security, fertilizers, pesticides, and seeds directly to farmers," explained Don Muzakir.

"We are sure that in the future Mas Dar will be able to carry out this mandate well for the welfare of farmers in every region in Indonesia," added Don Muzakir.

Don Muzakir ensured that the supporters and volunteers who had encouraged Sudaryono to run as a Candidate for Governor of Central Java in 2024 remained solidly waiting for a breakthrough from the person close to Prabowo at the Ministry of Agriculture.

Before being appointed as Deputy Minister, Tani Merdeka had established 7000 posts at the village level throughout Central Java to guard Sudaryono as Cagub of Central Java 2024.

"We remain solid even though Mas Dar is not the Governor of Central Java. Volunteers remain solid in supporting policies or programs that come into contact with the community of farmers. We volunteers and the Merdeka Farmers are ready to oversee and carry out all programs under the control of Mr. Sudaryono as Deputy Minister," said Don Muzakir.

Don Muzakir, who is the coordinator of Sudaryono volunteers in the Central Java gubernatorial election, thanked Jokowi and Prabowo for placing Sudaryono in the best position.

"In the future, I am sure that agricultural changes will be better. Because Mas Dar works very hard and focused. This is the best step taken by Pak Jokowi and Pak Prabowo," said Don Muzakir.
