Holds Case Completed, Fictitious SPPD Corruption Cases Of The Riau DPRD Secretariat Rise Investigation

RIAU - Riau Regional Police (Polda) raised the status of alleged corruption in the fictitious Official Travel Order (SPPD) at the Riau Provincial DPRD Secretariat to investigation. This status was raised after the case was carried out.

Furthermore, his party will immediately send an Investigation Commencement Order (SPDP) to the Riau High Prosecutor's Office to declare the start of an investigation into the case. His party will also immediately determine a suspect in a case suspected of involving the former Acting Mayor of Pekanbaru Muflihun who is also the Secretary of the Council.

"We will also immediately determine the suspect," said Nasriadi.

According to him, there were several fictitious official trips during COVID-19 in 2020 where no aircraft should have flown because the airport was closed. But there is a plane ticket, an official trip was made at that time.

In addition, continued Nasriadi, his party has also made confirmed efforts to airlines. "We have made efforts to confirm to airlines that it is fictitious and not registered with their systems," he said.

Previously, Muflihun was questioned by the Riau Police Ditreskrimsus for about 10 hours related to the case on July 1. At that time, Muflihun admitted that he was asked about 50 questions related to the alleged fictitious SPPD.

"I came to fulfill the summons and was asked for information related to the main duties and functions as a Sekwan and Commitment Making Officer (PPK)," he said.
