Then the perpetrator and his family fled to the Batu area, Malang, East Java. The perpetrator was finally arrested. "The two perpetrators are still being investigated intensively at the Ciracas Police Headquarters for further investigation," he said. As a result of his actions, the suspect TS was charged with Article 372 and or 378 of the Criminal Code while the suspect GN alias Ipay was charged with Article 378 and or 372 and or 480 in conjunction with 56 of the Criminal Code.
