JAKARTA - Commission B for the Economy of DKI DPRD held a meeting with the DKI Provincial Government and BUMD Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya. This is to discuss allegations of land purchase that were corrupted by the inactive CEO of Sarana Jaya, Yoory C. Pinontoan.

As a result, the Head of Commission B of the DKI DPRD, Abdul Aziz, said that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government acknowledged that the purchase of land that was suspected of being corrupted was indeed for the procurement of the Rp 0 DP housing program.

"According to a statement from the Head of the Regional Financial Management Agency (BKPD), Pak Edi, regional finance is for DP Rp 0," Aziz said at the DPRD DKI Building, Monday, March 15.

However, Aziz wants to ask for proof in the form of complete documents related to the purchase of the Sarana Jaya land. Therefore, a follow-up meeting will be held in the next two weeks.

"We want to know in detail with accurate data and also so that problems like this do not occur again in the future. We must anticipate this," he said.

Furthermore, Aziz said the DPRD wanted to oversee the procurement of the Sarana Jaya budget. Sarana Jaya must disclose data to the DPRD on all land locations to be purchased in the future.

In this case, Sarana Jaya informed the DPRD that they had purchased 70 hectares of land from all existing programs.

"Therefore, we ask Sarana Jaya to open 70 hectares of data to us. If there is a problem, open it to us. We do not want future events that we do not know will be delegated to us. Like this incident," he said.

For information, the Corruption Eradication Commission has confirmed that it is currently investigating the alleged corruption case in the purchase of land for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's DP 0 Rupiah Program by DKI Jakarta BUMDs.

Shortly afterwards, Anies Baswedan dismissed Yoory C. Pinontoan from the position of President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.

"The governor at that time immediately made a decision to deactivate the person concerned. In this case, Yoory will follow the legal process by adhering to the presumption of innocence," said the Acting Head of BP BUMD for DKI Jakarta Province, Riyadi.

However, acting (Plt) Head of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Housing Agency, Sarjoko, emphasized that the land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, East Jakarta was not for the house construction program.
