The Chairperson Of The DKI DPRD Denies Playing In Corruption Of The Sarana Jaya Land: I Only Hold Palu

JAKARTA - Jakarta DPRD Chairman Prasetyo Edi Marsudi denied that he was involved in land acquisition which was allegedly corrupted by the inactive Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory C. Pinontoan. This is because Prasetyo approved the budget.

"I don't feel like I'm playing, really. My function is only to hold the hammer to approve the requested budget," said Prasetyo at the DPRD DKI Building, Monday, March 15.

As Chairman of the DKI Budget Agency, Prasetyo admitted that he only authorized the land acquisition budget for Sarana Jaya. Initially, the proposal was submitted by DKI Governor Anies Baswedan as an executive.

Meanwhile, budget discussions are in the DKI regional government budget team (TPAD) and the DPRD Banggar. Then, Prasetyo was said to have played a major role in the realization of this problematic budgeting.

"The ratification is in the hands of the BUMD, the executive. It is not just myself who carried out it. That was also the (submission) for the 2018 budget. The chairman of the commission was not me. The coordinator was also not me. How come I suddenly said my name. My name is, this is delicious, it's not delicious. It's horribly delicious, ”he said.

Therefore, Prasetyo assessed that the person most responsible for ratifying the allegedly corrupted land budget is Anies Baswedan.

"The governor is responsible. So, earlier I said in a meeting with Sarana Jaya, how come the DKI Deputy Governor could not answer and did not understand the problem of the zero rupiah DP program?" his smallpox.

Today, Commission B for the Economy of the DKI DPRD summoned Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya to hold a closed meeting. The meeting was held at around 13.00 WIB.

During the meeting, the DPRD evaluated the absorption of regional capital participation (PMD) for this BUMD to raise the issue of alleged corruption by the inactive CEO of Sarana Jaya, Yoory C. Pinontoan.

Previously, the Tempo newspaper reported that Prasetyo was said to have played a role in arranging the allocation of land acquisition funds for Sarana Jaya. It was said that on November 14, Sarana Jaya received PMD of Rp. 285 billion. However, in the next meeting chaired by Prasetyo, PMD Sarana Jaya was raised to IDR 1.285 trillion.
