Kaesang Calls Grace Natalie Will Be Deactivated From PSI Board Of Trustees

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Kaesang Pangarep said Grace Natalieie would be disabled from party management as Deputy Chair of the PSI Board of Trustees.

This is related to the appointment of Grace as Commissioner of the Mining Industry BUMN Holding, MIND ID.

"I don't want to be inactive. Because he is the Board of Trustees, we have to adjust the AD ART. Later it will be revoked by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. I can't," said Kaesang at the PSI DPP office, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, June 12.

Kaesang supports Grace's choice which will oversee MIND ID's directors in her new job. Because, according to her, Grace has competence based on her educational background.

"So I think he will be able to carry out his duties as a commissioner at MIND ID," said Kaesang.

The appointment of the former chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) was held at the MIND ID Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2023 Fiscal Year on June 11.

The Annual GMS of MIND ID approved the honorable dismissal of Jisman Parada Hutajulu, who is the Director General of Electricity at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources as Commissioner.

Grace Natalie is a special staff (stafsus) of President Joko Widodo and also serves as Deputy Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Indonesian Solidarity Party.
