JAKARTA - The Gerindra Party will hold a meeting with the National Mandate Party (PAN) and the Golkar Party to discuss the name of Central Java Police Chief Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi as a candidate for governor (cagub) who will be promoted in the 2024 Central Java Pilkada. Currently, said Dasco, his party is conducting a survey of several names, including Lutfi. "For Central Java, we are also currently conducting a survey on candidates for regional elections, and we will discuss with coalition partners such as PAN, Golkar and others to advance who will be promoted in Central Java, including alternatives to Pak Lutfi," said Dasco at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday, June 11. Iqbal revealed that the Golkar Party is entering the first stage of the survey. In the survey, he said, Luthfi's name became one of the worthy nominees. "So a suitable and worthy nominee is seeded as a candidate for the leader of Central Java in 2024-2029," he said.
