Investigate Vina's Murder Case, Forensic Psychological Test Police Pegi Setiawan

The West Java Regional Police (Polda) conducted a forensic psychological test on Pegi Setiawan, the main actor in the murder case of Vina and Muhammad Rizky or Eky in Cirebon. Head of Public Relations of the West Java Regional Police Kombes Jules Abraham Abast revealed that the investigation was carried out at the request of the General Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimum) of the West Java Police to complete the investigation on the case. "We from the West Java Regional Police hope that with the existence of forensic psychological examinations it will further shed light on the ongoing criminal events and complement the ongoing investigation process," said Jules quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, June 11. Jules said forensic psychology examinations were also carried out not only on the Pegi suspect, but also on several witnesses, including examinations of the Pegi family. He said that his party had summoned three witnesses and did not close the possibility of additional summons to witnesses for forensic psychological examinations to be carried out. "Well, of course, this examination is still rolling and this examination is certainly dependent on the need for an investigation process being handled by investigators' friends," he said. Furthermore, he said, the West Java Regional Police had formed an assistance team to oversee the handling of the Vina murder case in order to ensure that the investigation process was carried out in accordance with the rules. "Last week we received assistance from the Police Criminal Investigation Team, the Police Propam Division and Itwasum Division with the aim to assist the investigation process in order to run procedurally, professionally, and proportionally," he said.Jules said that his party also opened a special hotline in the process of investigating the Vina murder case which aimed at revealing the case could immediately find a bright spot. He said the public could contact the information regarding the murder case. According to him, the number that could be contacted is 0822-1112-4007.

If this information is relevant then it is possible that the information could help investigators uncover this murder case.
