JAKARTA - The Wisma Atlet Emergency Hospital (RSD), Kemayoran, Jakarta, reported that as of March 13, 2021, the number of COVID-19 patients recovered was 68,839, an increase of 400 compared to the previous day, Friday, March 13.

Head of Information for Kogabwilhan I Colonel Marines Aris Mudian said the patient's recovery was an accumulation of records since March 23, 2020.

"Recapitulation from March 23 to March 13, 2021, there were 72,855 registered patients, 68,839 patients recovered," said Aris in his press statement, reported by Antara, Saturday, March 13.

When compared with yesterday, Friday, March 12, the number of recovered patients was reported to be 68,439 people, so there is an increase in the recovery rate of 400 patients from the previous number.

Meanwhile, 709 patients were referred to other hospitals, while 87 people died. The number of people who died had increased by one person from the previous day's figure.

Wisma Atlet Hospital, Kemayoran, Jakarta, is currently treating 3,220 patients in towers 4, 5, 6 and 7 consisting of 1,614 male patients and 1,606 female patients.

The number of inpatients was reduced by 93 people from the previous day, which was 3,313 people.

"Recapitulation of tower 4, 5, 6 and 7 patients from 23 March 2020 to 13 March 2021 at 08.00 WIB, 72,855 patients registered with 69,635 patients," said Aris.

Meanwhile, the Special Hospital for COVID-19 Infection on Galang Island treated 290 patients, 57 patients with positive status for COVID-19 and 233 suspected patients.

The number of hospitalized patients has increased by 24, from 266 to 290. There were no additional confirmed patients, still 57 people. Meanwhile, 24 people with suspicion increased, from 209 people to 233 people.

There were 9,519 patients registered at the hospital since 12 April 2020, 4,806 patients recovered, 4,381 suspected patients who finished treatment, 42 patients were referred to other salit hospitals and no patient died at Galang Island Hospital.

Aris also reported that there were an additional 144 COVID-19 patients being treated at RSD Wisma Atlet Pademangan as of today (13/3), bringing the total to 5,133 people. This number is included in the total of 9,714 COVID-19 sufferers quarantined at Pademangan Athlete Hospital and a number of hotels in Jakarta.

So far, Aris announced that there are dozens of hotels in Jabodetabek that have become quarantine places for people with and / or suspected COVID-19.
