Police Arrest Youths Who Have The Heart To Kill Mothers In Jambi

The Kerinci Police Joint Team in Jambi Province arrested a young man with the initials RR (27) suspected of being the perpetrator of the murder of victim Riani (47) who is his own biological mother.

"There is a case of a child killing his biological mother in Pasar Minggu Village, Kayu Aro Barat, early this morning at around 03.00 WIB," said Kayu Aro Police Chief, Iptu Rama Indra, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, May 27.

Iptu Rama said that the murder incident was first discovered by witnesses named Yanto and Anton who saw RR coming out of the victim's second floor with an odd look.

The two witnesses saw that the victim was covered in blood and lifeless and immediately reported the incident to the Kayu Aro Police.

"Because they saw something was wrong, the two witnesses immediately went up to the second floor of the victim's house and found the victim dead," he said.

After receiving the report, the Kayu Aro Police immediately coordinated with the Kerinci Police to find the whereabouts of RR who had fled.

After searching, RR was later found by the Kerinci Police Satreskrim Opsnal Team and the Kayu Aro Police in the tea plantation area in Sungai Asam Village, Kayu Aro Barat District, about two kilometers from the victim's house.

"The perpetrator was arrested in a tea plantation area, about two kilometers from the victim's house in Pasar Minggu Village," he said.

Currently, the police are still conducting investigations to find out the motives of the perpetrators who were desperate to spend the lives of their own biological mothers.
