The Reason Marzuki Alie Sued The President's Son To The Central Jakarta District Court

JAKARTA - Former Chairman of the Indonesian Parliament Marzuki Alie filed a lawsuit against the son of the 6th President of the Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) as the General Chair of the Democratic Party to the Central Jakarta District Court.

Based on the official website of the Central Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, March 9, the lawsuit was filed by Marzuki Alie, Tri Yulianto, Damrizal, Achmad Yahya, Yus Sudarso and Syofwatillah Mohzaib.

As for the defendant, the names of the Secretary General (Sekjen) of the Democratic Party, Teuku Riefky Harsya, Member of Commission III of the House of Representatives (DPR) of the Democratic Party Faction, Hinca Pandjaitan and AHY as the Chairman of the Democratic Party were listed.

The legal steps taken by Marzuki Alie along with a number of former democratic cadres were in the aftermath of the dismissal of the party officials bearing the mercy symbol.

The lawsuit was registered with case number 147 / Pdt.G / 2021 / PN Jkt.Pst with the status of the first trial. The lawsuit filed by Marzuki Alie is known to be classified as an illegal act.

Still on the official website of the Central Jakarta District Court, there are four main points in the case, namely accepting and granting the plaintiff's claim in its entirety.

Furthermore, it stated that the first defendant, second defendant and third defendant had committed acts against the law. Then, declare invalid and or null and void all actions or decisions of the third defendant regarding the dismissal of the plaintiff.

Finally declared invalid and / or null and void by the Decree of the Honorary Council of the Democratic Party (Defendant III).

The website also contains five decree (SK) related to the dismissal of five cadres, namely SK Number: 08 / SK / DKPD / II / 2021 dated February 26, 2021 regarding recommendations for the imposition of permanent discharge sanctions to brother H Marzuki Alie SE MM as a member of the Democratic Party.

Furthermore, Decree Number: 05 / SK / DKPD / II / 2021 dated February 10, 2021 concerning the recommendation for the imposition of permanent dismissal sanctions to H Achmad Yahya SE MM as a member of the Democratic Party.

Decree Number: 06 / SK / DKPD / II / 2021 dated February 10, 2021 concerning the recommendation for the imposition of permanent dismissal sanctions against Dr Yus Sudarso SH MH, as a member of the Democratic Party. Decree Number: 04 / SK / DKPD / II / 2021 dated February 10, 2021 concerning the recommendation for the imposition of sanctions for permanent dismissal of Syofwatillah Mohzaib as a member of the Democratic Party.
