JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named the inactive CEO of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles Pinontoan, as a suspect in the alleged corruption in the purchase of land for the Rp 0 DP House.

From this case, DKI DPRD Commission B Member Eneng Malianasari revealed that it turned out that Sarana Jaya was not transparent in its budget absorption from regional capital participation (PMD) for land acquisition.

It is known, from 2019 to 2021 the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has deposited capital participation for land acquisition in BUMD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya with a total value of IDR 3.3 trillion.

"Of the Rp 3.3 trillion, some have been spent and some have not, but we have not yet obtained more detailed budget absorption data," Eneng said in his statement, Tuesday, March 9.

Eneng thought that the land acquisition budget was a bit delicate. This is because the value of the land budget is quite fantastic, reaching trillions of rupiah every year. Unfortunately, the procurement process is not open and transparent.

"Starting from the determination of the location, appointment of providers, price quotes, to price negotiations, everything is carried out in private and offline. It is time for the DKI Provincial Government to implement a transparent land acquisition system, so that the public can monitor where the land is to be purchased and at what price, "he explained.

Previously reported, the KPK confirmed that it was conducting an investigation into the alleged corruption case of land purchase for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's DP 0 Rupiah Program by DKI Jakarta BUMDs.

"It is true, after two sufficient preliminary evidences were found, the KPK is currently carrying out investigations into alleged TPK related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Rangon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province in 2019," said Acting KPK spokesman Ali.
