JAKARTA - The four clubs have confirmed their place in the 2023/2024 League 1 championship series. This certainty was obtained after the 34th week or the final match was held on Tuesday, April 30, along with the list.

Madura United is the last team to make sure to qualify for the championship series. Even though in the last match against Arema FC they drew 0-0 but this did not change too far the achievement of points.

An additional one point from the draw was enough for Madura United to put them in the top four of the League 1 standings this season and qualify for the championship series.

The team nicknamed Laskar Sappe Kerap is one point ahead of Dewa United as the closest competitor. PSIS Semarang's 1-2 defeat to Persija Jakarta at GBK Stadium also helped Madura United survive the last four.

With the PSIS defeat, Madura United lost one of the main competitors. Before Dewa United won over Borneo FC, PSIS was Madura United's closest rival because it was only one point apart.

Meanwhile, the other three clubs that will appear in the championship series are Borneo FC, Persib Bandung, and Bali United. The three teams have confirmed tickets to the championship series before the last match of the regular season.

Berdasarkan jadwal terbaru, babak champion series Liga 1 akan berlangsung pada 7 dan 8 Mei. Tim peringkat pertama yaitu Borneo FC akan melawan Madura United sebagai tim peringkat empat.

Meanwhile, Persib will face Bali United. The team with a higher rating will host the status of the host in the second leg.
