Chronology Of Child Rape Boy In Sukabumi, Referred To Be Made A Girlfriend

Sukabumi City Police arrested a boy who was the perpetrator of rape against a minor. The victim of NPR (15) was persuaded to have sex with promised to be used as a girlfriend.

"We arrested two youths with the initials RJ (15) and RE (20) on Jalan Pemuda, Citamiang District, Sukabumi City, West Java last Sunday at around 11.00 WIB. This arrest was after we received a report from the victim with the initials NPR (15)," said Sukabumi City Police Chief AKBP Ari Setyawan Wibowo quoted Tuesday, April 30.

Information gathered from Unit II personnel of PPA Sukabumi City Police Satreskrim, this alleged case of forced assault occurred on Saturday 27 April. Where the victim was forced in turns by the two suspects at the house of RE at Jalan Pemuda, Kampung Baru, Kelurahan/Kecamatan Citamiang.

The indecent act of the two young men, one of whom was still a minor, began with RJ inviting NPR to play at RE's house. Then RJ took the victim to RE's room.

After that, RJ then gave Rp10 thousand to RE to buy cigarettes. When his colleague bought cigarettes, RJ then forced NPR to have sex and there was intercourse between the victim and the suspect, both of whom were minors.

After being satisfied, RJ then sent a short message to RE which offered to do the same to the victim, until finally RE entered the room and saw the victim in almost no clothes, but had time to cancel the depraved intention.

Not long after, RJ returned to his room and said goodbye to take the victim to his house, but was prevented by RE on the grounds that he was going to take the victim. After RJ came home, RE came back to him and persuaded him and persuaded him that the victim would be made a girlfriend and finally sexual intercourse took place.

Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Sukabumi City Police, AKP Bagus Panuntun, said that the two suspects were currently being questioned by investigators and admitted all their actions.

To strengthen the investigation, his party has confiscated evidence in the form of a set of victim's clothes, a birth certificate, a family card and a red seprei with floral motifs with bloodstains on the victim.

The two suspects were charged with Article 81 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) and/or Article 82 paragraph (1) of Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation in Lieu of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Second Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection into Law with a minimum penalty of 5 years and a maximum of 15 years in prison.
