Request Rejected, TKN Prabowo-Gibran Asks Anies And Ganjar To Respect The Constitutional Court's Decision

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN), Ahmad Muzani asked Paslon number 01 Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar and Paslon number 2 Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD to respect the decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the Dispute on the General Election Results (PHPU) of the President and Vice President 2024.

As the Paslon camp number 2 Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka respects Anies and Ganjar's last efforts as presidential candidates to sue the results of the 2024 presidential election to the Constitutional Court.

"We respect all efforts or efforts made by candidate pair 01 and 03 to take the path of justice. And we all uphold the right to the constitution," said Muzani Media Center Prabowo-Gibran, South Jakarta, Monday, April 22.

"However, when the Constitutional Court's decision has been read out, as the end of the decision, we ask that the Constitutional Court's decision be respected and upheld. Because the nature of the Constitutional Court's decision is final and binding," he continued.

With the Constitutional Court's decision, said Muzani, the candidate pair number 2 victory will be legal and accountable.

"With the decision of the Constitutional Court, where pair 02, namely pair of presidential candidates Haji Prabowo Subianto together with Gibran Rakabuming Raka as presidential candidates, was declared valid, as President of the Republic of Indonesia and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia who won the 2024 presidential election, which we just carried out yesterday," he said.

Representing Prabowo-Gibran, Muzani thanked all Indonesian people who had participated in the trial process openly. As well as to the KPU, Bawaslu, DKPP and TNI-Polri who were involved in the trial process at the Constitutional Court.

"We hope that all the imi processes will be meaningful input for the running of the Prabowo-Gibran government in the future," he said.

Muzani appealed to voters and those who did not choose Prabowo-Gibran to reunite as Indonesians.

"We will unite as a nation, work together as a nation, and we will look to the future as a nation. We will fight together to build a better nation," he concluded.
