Sri Mulyani Shares Moments Of Full Laughter Chat With Megawati And Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi

JAKARTA - Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani said that she talked with laughter with PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri and Foreign Minister (Menlu) Retno Marsudi.

Through her Instagram account, @smindrawati, Sri Mulyani uploaded a photo of herself and Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi laughing with Megawati.

This moment occurred during the Eid al-Fitr gathering on Wednesday, April 10.

"Three women meet on holiday. The first conversation about clothing," wrote Sri Mulyani, quoted on Sunday, April 14.

Sri Mulyani then told that Retno had shown Megawati clothes during a gathering on Jalan Teuku Umar, Menteng, South Jakarta. In the photo, he does appear to be wearing batik pants with a white kebaya.

The model of batik pants that Sri was wearing caught Megawati's attention. "He was surprised by my old shirt in the style of pants. He said I was like the Betawi lenong player, the champion," he said, telling the moment.

Furthermore, the three discussed the 2022 G20 Leaders Galanner in Bali. Sri Mulyani said Megawati at that time wore a dark purple kebaya.

Meanwhile, Sri Mulyani, during that moment, joked with Megawati that the kebaya she was wearing was dark blue. However, the 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia still insisted that the clothes he was wearing were dark purple.

"Until last Eid, he still told his kebaya at the G20 dinner, it was dark purple," he said.

"Earlier yesterday he used a burning red kebaya. Mrs. Mega told me, don't make me the wrong color again. We laughed together," continued Sri Mulyani.
