Violating Ganjir Even During Lebaran Homecoming, This Is The Amount Of An Electronic Ticket Fine

JAKARTA - The Traffic Corps (Korlantas) of the National Police ensures that travelers who violate the odd-even traffic engineering system during the Lebaran 2024 homecoming period will be subject to electronic ticketing.

The Head of Korlantas Polri Aan Suhanan revealed that the odd-even implementation was carried out in accordance with the Joint Decree (SKB) that had been determined.

"For the homecoming flow, odd-even will be implemented on April 5, 2024 at 14.00 WIB until April 7, 2024 at 24.00 WIB," Aan was quoted as saying in a video on his official Instagram account @aan.suhan67 on Saturday, April 6.

Then, the implementation of the odd-even traffic engineering policy will also be continued on April 8, 2024 at 08.00 WIB until April 9, 2024 at 24.00 WIB.

The implementation of the odd-even system will be implemented starting from KM 0 toll roads in the city, namely the Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) toll road to KM 414 Semarang-Batang toll road.

"If it has not entered the hour, of course it is not a violation. We will not stop these odd-even violators, please continue later for the sanctions we will send a confirmation letter in accordance with the STNK," he explained.

Meanwhile, travelers who violate odd-even will be subject to a maximum fine of IDR 500,000 in accordance with Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation (LLAJ).

Aan said that the odd-even implementation was officially implemented after the police had completed conducting research on traffic engineering simulations.

In detail, the implementation of restrictions on goods, oneway, contraflow and odd-even transportation will produce a Capacity Ratio (VCR) Volume of 0.73 or equivalent to 50 km per hour.

"Of course you don't want to be stuck for days on the toll road. Trust us, we are thinking of formulating strategies and providing services to people throughout Indonesia," he added.
