The Pajero Driver Who Hit The Towing Car That Killed 2 People At PIK 2 Was Secured

TANGERANG - Police secured the Mitsubishi Pajero driver with the initials FN (28) and his passenger. They were arrested on suspicion of hitting a Towing car which resulted in two deaths.

"The driver of Pajero an FN and his friend has now been arrested and an intensive investigation is currently being carried out," said the Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho in his statement, Sunday, March 24.

Zain suspected that the collision occurred, killing one security guard and the driver of the Towing car was killed because the Pajero driver lacked concentration while in a vehicle.

"It is suspected that because the Pajero B-999-FNY driver lacked concentration when passing through the bridge's derivative, he hit a towing that was driving Yaris' car with a number of security forces," he said.

The current case is being handled by the Tangerang City Metro Police Traffic Unit Gakkum Unit, which is currently still investigating the crime scene to determine the cause of the accident.

"For the exact cause, we are still in the process of investigating the Gakkum Sat Lalu unit. We have secured the Pajero driver for an in-depth examination," he said.

Previously, it was reported that there was a traffic accident involving Mitsubishi Pajero in a towing car that was about to put the Toyota Yaris car on Jalan MH Thamrin, Tokyo PIK 2 Bridge, Tangerang Regency, Saturday, March 23, early in the morning.

As a result, one security person who was helping to put the ARS (28) car (towing) and the towing car driver JF (37) were declared dead.

"It's true, the traffic accident occurred in the direction of the Tokyo PIK 2 Apartment towards PIK 1," said Zain in his statement, Sunday, March 24.

Zain also said that apart from two people being declared dead, 3 security lines and Pajero drivers were seriously injured. They are currently being treated medically at Tzu Chi Hospital.

"Three security lines that helped T (31), JR (20), AG (34) and driver Pajero F (28) were seriously injured," he said.
