4 Gangster Members Of Murder And Beating In Duren Sawit Successfully Arrested

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Duren Sawit Police arrested four gang members of the brawl that killed a young man on Jalan Dermaga Raya, RT 07/RW 10, Klender Village, Duren Sawit Subdistrict, East Jakarta. The young man who died came from a group of gangster Lapak Klender. The incident occurred when two groups of gangsters were involved in the stabbing action using sharp weapons in the Duren Sawit area. However, one perpetrator from the opposing camp was injured after being stabbed with a sickle in the upper right calf. The young man was taken to the Duren Sawit Health Center. However, the victim eventually died from blood loss due to sickles. Furthermore, the Duren Sawit Police Criminal Investigation Unit pursued the perpetrators. The police also managed to apprehend the perpetrators in the Cileungsi area, West Java. "These four suspects included DY, APB, BFB and MAI from the Biang Rusuh group," said the East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly to reporters, Friday, March 15. Meanwhile, the other four perpetrators of the "Klender Group" are still under investigation and are expected to be outside of Jakarta. "The evidence confiscated is the sickles, sickles used to kill and other sickles. There are also golf clubs and there are also pipe items formed in the form of sickles," he said. Kombes Nicolas explained that in this brawl action there were no victims even though one person was found dead. "The two perpetrators are so that we will take firm action against these two groups, which are very detrimental to other members of the community," he said. As a result of their actions, the four perpetrators were charged with layered articles. Namely Article 170 of the Criminal Code with a penalty of 12 years in prison, Article 351 paragraph 3 and Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Emergency Law with a criminal threat of 10 years in prison. "We need to convey that this piece of evidence is very terrible because there is more than two meters long. This is not an ordinary brawl between teenagers, (but) the intention has already killed," he said.
