Pada akhir pembelaan, ia pun meminta majelis hakim untuk memberikan putusan yang seadil-adilnya dan memohon agar dibebaskan atau setidak-tidaknya dilepaskan dari seluruh dakwaan dan tuntutan.Ketua Majelis Hakim Rianto Adam Pontoh mengatakan bahwa sidang selanjutnya adalah sidang putusan dan akan digelar pada Rabu, 20 Maret 2024.Diketahui, Gerius One Yoman didakwa menerima suap dan gratifikasi senilai total Rp2.595.507.228."Penerimaan tersebut untuk menggerakkan terdakwa dan Lukas Enembe untuk memberikan proyek atau pekerjaan pengadaan barang dan jasa di Dinas PUPR Provinsi Papua pada tahun anggaran 2018—2022 kepada Rijatono Lakka," kata jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) Greafik Loserte Tramanggal Kayuda pada Senin, 13 November 2023.Dalam sidang dakwaan, JPU menduga Gerius One Yoman bersama Lukas Enembe menerima bayaran berdasarkan persentase nilai proyek atau pekerjaan.Ia pun dituntut 7 tahun penjara serta denda Rp350 juta subsider 4 bulan pidana pengganti dan membayar uang pengganti sebesar Rp4.595.507.228 paling lambat setelah 1 bulan pascaputusan berkekuatan hukum tetap.
