MALINAU Deputy Governor (Deputy Governor) of North Kalimantan (Kaltara) Yansen Tipa Padan paid special attention to the information on the plane belonging to the Smart Air airline bound for Tarakan Binuang, Central Krayan, which lost contact this morning.

After receiving information that a plane serving the border community had lost contact, the Deputy Governor of Kaltara immediately contacted various special community parties in Ba Binuang (Binoang Village) to ensure this.

At around 19.00 WITA, the Deputy Governor of Kaltara received direct information with Kalvin Daud, the Head of Ba Binuang Village, Central Krayan, who had just returned from the field to conduct a search with youths from the community where Ba Binuang Village was located.

"I just communicated with the village head of Ba Binuang, who recently returned from checking at the Buduk Naret and camp PT. DMP (Duta Mega Perkasa)," said Deputy Governor of Kaltara Yansen TP (YTP), Friday, March 8.

From this communication, it is known that the plane was seen flying past around 09.00 WITA from Semamu past Buduk Naret.

Deputy Governor YTP directs that tonight the people of the location of Ba' Binuang hold a preparation meeting for the search tomorrow morning.

"Please support all of us so that the search can successfully find the location of the aircraft," he said.
