He said the investigation by Polda Metro Jaya was still in the process simultaneously and was also backed up by the Directorate of Corruption Crimes at Bareskrim Polri from the beginning until now.
Currently, said Trunoyudo, the process of handling cases is still in an effort to fulfill case files according to the instructions of the public prosecutor (P-19).
"This process will simultaneously be presented at any time for progress. Of course, from the start, we conveyed that the Police are committed and consistent with every progress of submission, of course, this case so that the media also thank you for conducting social control as well as for this activity," said Trunoyudo.
Firli was again absent from the investigator's summons at Monday (26/2) examination. This is the second time he has been absent, after being summoned on Tuesday (6/2).
Firli Bahuri's attorney, Ian Iskandar, denied that his client was absent from the investigator's summons.
He reasoned that his party had submitted a letter of postponement of the examination.
"Pak Firli is not absent, we are giving a request for a postponement of the examination," said Ian.
As is known, Firli Bahuri's case file was returned by the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) on Friday (2/2) because it was incomplete.
