JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) and First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo visited the International Trade Exhibition on Indonesian Handicraft Products or Inacraft 2024 at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC).
President Jokowi, who was wearing a blue complete suit, arrived at the JCC at around 10.50 WIB, Wednesday, February 28, after attending the TNI-Polri Leadership Meeting at TNI Headquarters, Cilangkap, Jakarta.
Accompanied by Mrs. Iriana who wore a brown tunic, the two toured a number of handicraft product booths they had passed.
The President also appears to be serving a swab request from the people who visit the exhibition.
President Jokowi regularly attends the Inacraft exhibition, including the Inacraftke-22 in March 2022 during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Inacraft in October 2023.
Inacraft 2024 was attended by around 1,500 small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which will fill 1,066 booths. This exhibition occupies all the JCC hall which has an area of about 20,231 square meters so that the exhibition can accommodate all promotional activities and other supporting events.
Inacraft, which was initiated by Asephi and Mediatama Event, is designed to promote Indonesian handicraft products, increase the domestic market, and open up international market opportunities as an export commodity to foreign countries.
