Perpetrators Of Water Grilling In Kramat Raya Arrested: "I'm Hurt, I've Also Sprinkled Until My Feet Are Defected"

JAKARTA - A young man named Rizky Agung Prastyo alias Kobel did not move when he was arrested by members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Johar Baru Police. The 19-year-old man was arrested for sprinkling hard water on a resident of Jalan Kramat Jaya Baru, Johar Baru, Central Jakarta.

Rizky alias Kobel acted with his friend with the initials GS, who is still being chased by officers.

According to Rizky's confession, he was desperate to take the action out of heartache and revenge because he had been doused with hard water by a number of residents of Kramat Jaya Baru, until his right leg was damaged.

"The motive is that the suspect was hurt by the residents at the scene of the incident," said Johar Baru Police Chief Kompol Ubaidillah, to reporters, Wednesday, February 21.

Now Rizky has become a suspect. He was arrested by the police on Wednesday morning, September 21 and languishing in the cell of the Johar Baru Police.

Kompol Ubaidillah said, Rizky bought hard water at Shopee, as much as 1 liter, bottled glass bottles for Rp. 50,000. Then the hard water was stored by the suspect.

Rizky invited his friend, GS, to take revenge. He then took the hard water that had been prepared and brought the red dipper, then both of them headed to the location.

Arriving at the location, Rizky poured hard water from a glass bottle into a red dipper and then the glass bottle was thrown away. After seeing three residents at the location, Rizky immediately poured the hard liquid into the victim who was sitting.

"RAP (Rizky) poured hard water from the red dipper which was held with his right hand, then poured it on the sitting residents," he said.

Meanwhile, the Criminal Investigation Unit is still developing the suspect GS, who is still at large.

As a result of his actions, Rizky was charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code paragraph 1 with a maximum threat of 7 years in prison.

"I hold grudges because I was doused with hard water. I was injured in the leg because I had been splashed with hard water," Rizky said when asked by reporters.
