JAKARTA - The DKI General Election Commission ensures that logistics are distributed to the North Jakarta area on D-1 before the Advanced Voting, namely February 23, 2024.

"The maximum H-1 can be distributed to polling stations (TPS) that will carry out further voting or PSL," said Head of the DKI Jakarta KPU Planning and Logistics Division Nelvia Gustina as reported by ANTARA, Monday, February 19.

Nelvia said that her party was still in the process of procuring PSL logistics to replace the Blind Cash Assistance (ABTN) which was damaged by the flood.

The ballots for PSL include the Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections (PPWP), DPR RI Jakarta III, DPD, DPRD Jakarta Province 3 and ABTN for PPWP and ABTN DPD.

Later, logistics will be distributed to the General Election Commission (KPU) of North Jakarta on Wednesday (21/2) which will continue with the sorting and folding of ballots.

"The plan is for the 21st to arrive at the North Jakarta KPU to then carry out multiples," he said.

Floods hit 17 polling stations in North Jakarta, causing the voting process to fail due to damaged logistics on Wednesday (14/2).

The 17 polling stations are located in two urban villages, namely

Pegangsaan Dua and Sunter Jaya. In Pegangsaan Dua Village, there are polling stations 149, 150, 151, 152 and 153. Then in Sunter Jaya Village there are 12 polling stations from TPS 141 to TPS 153.

Initially PSL will be held on Sunday (18/2) but will not be implemented because logistics are not available. Then it is planned that PSL will be held on Saturday (24/2).

The DKI Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) admits that it has identified hundreds of problems at the TPS in the 2024 General Election, ranging from floods to ballots. Most of them, namely 581 flood polling stations.
