BENGKULU - A father in Manna City District, South Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province, with the initials SS has the heart to rape his biological daughter.

This 39-year-old man has the heart to rape his son who is still in grade IX, one of the junior high schools in the area.

The victim has experienced the lecherous act of his biological father, for 3 years since the victim was in class VII.

The last immoral act was carried out at the end of January 2024 at his home. At that time, the victim's mother was going to the market.

In carrying out the action, the alleged perpetrator is always threatened with being beaten if he does not obey or refuses to serve his husband and wife's relationship. The alleged abuse was experienced by the victim when he refused to serve his father's lecherous lust. This act was revealed after the victim told his colleague.

Finding this, his colleague reported this incident to his mother and the victim's mother reported it to the South Bengkulu Police Headquarters, Bengkulu Police.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bengkulu Police, AKP Susilo, said that the victim experienced this alleged immoral act from grade VII to grade IX of junior high school.

"Finally, the alleged perpetrator committed immoral acts when his wife went to the market, at the end of January 2024. SS allegedly forced his biological child to have sex and the victim did not dare to refuse because he was threatened with being beaten," said Susilo, Friday, February 2.

The alleged perpetrator, explained Susilo, was arrested while at his home by the Totaici team of the Criminal Investigation Unit, Bengkulu Police, without a fight. "The alleged perpetrator is subject to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection," concluded Susilo.
