After The Examination, Siskaeee Was Detained At The Polda Metro Detention Center

JAKARTA - Celebrity Fransiska Candra Novita Sari alias Siskaeee was arrested because he was absent from investigating twice as a suspect in the alleged porn film production house case. Recent developments, Polda Metro Jaya decided to detain him.

Director of Special Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak said the detention was carried out after Siskaaee underwent examination as a suspect.

"After the investigation was carried out on the suspect Siskae last night, the suspect was then detained at the Polda Metro Jaya Detention Center," said Ade when confirmed, Thursday, January 25.

However, the reason behind the detention of Siskaeee has not yet been conveyed. Allegedly, this was done to facilitate the process of investigating the alleged pornography case.

Siskaeee is one of dozens of talents named as suspects. The determination was based on the results of the case title.

This celebgram was considered uncooperative during the investigation process. This is because Siskaee never fulfilled the summons for examination.

Siskaeee was scheduled to provide information on January 8. But not present on the grounds of family affairs.

Therefore, investigators rescheduled it on January 15. Again, Sikaeeee was not present. Then, the second summons was sent so that this celebgram would provide information on January 19.

Siskaeee did the same thing. He did not fulfill it on the grounds of preparation for the pretrial trial on January 22.

Until then, investigators decided to make an attempt to forcefully arrest him. Siskaeee was arrested in an apartment in the Yogyakarta area, Wednesday, January 24.

"There has been an attempt to force the arrest of the suspect FCN alias Siskaeee by the investigation team of the Cyber Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya in handling the a quo case," said Ade.

In this case, Siskaeee was charged with Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
