Spreading Photos Of Lovers Opening Clothes, Teachers Of Gaji In West Lombok Arrested

A male recitation teacher in the West Lombok Gunungsari District with the initials AS (28) was arrested by the Mataram Police Satreskrim, on suspicion of violating the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE). It is suspected that the perpetrator was known to have spread photos of his lover when opening clothes. The action was carried out, because the US was upset that the invitation to have sex was rejected by the lover who is also a Koran teacher. For this action, the Mataram Police arrested the perpetrator on January 11, 2024. The perpetrators are subject to the ITE Law Article 45 paragraph (1) juncto Article 27 paragraph (1) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.

Currently, the alleged perpetrator and evidence have been secured by the Mataram Police Satreskrim. The evidence that was secured was in the form of three cellphones and screenshot photos from the video call of the two. "The cellphones that we confiscated belonged to the complainant, the reported party and the witness. We have secured the reported party," he explained.
