JAKARTA - A total of 173 Banda Aceh State Civil Servants (ASN) who served at Satpol PP and Wilayatul Hisbah (WH) Banda Aceh were found negative for drugs based on the results of mass urine tests a few days ago.

"ASN at Satpol PP tested for drug urine a few days ago the results came out, and thank God everything was negative," said Head of the Banda Aceh Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Arie Maula Kafka, reported by Antara, in Banda Aceh, Monday, 22 February.

Previously, the Banda Aceh BKPSDM collaborated with the local City National Narcotics Agency (BNNK) to conduct drug urine tests on ASN, starting with 173 personnel from Satpol PP / Wilyatul Hisbah (WH) Banda Aceh.

Urine examinations are continuously carried out to all ASNs in the Banda Aceh Government, taking turns from each SKPK (city work unit).

Arie said that the urine drug test against ASN was carried out based on orders from the Mayor of Banda Aceh Aminullah Usman to eradicate and prevent the use of these illegal items.

"All of us from the Banda Aceh City Government are ready to support the eradication of drugs, especially since these drugs have been completely destroyed," he said.

Arie said, there are still many ASNs that have not been checked for urine, and this will continue to be carried out in all agencies, especially for employees whose behavior looks a little unnatural.

"We are currently operating again, it's just that we didn't tell the schedule for the urine test first, we did the test suddenly with BNNK," said Arie.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Banda Aceh BNNK Hasnanda Putra said that his party conducted urine drug examinations on ASN because it was indeed a request from the Banda Aceh City Government.

In fact, said Hasnanda, in the implementation of this urine test, the Banda Aceh Government also donated a number of equipment for examination needs, therefore his party continues to do it.

"I see the Mayor of Banda Aceh is really serious about preventing and eradicating drugs, especially in the ASN environment," said Hasnanda.
